Greenwich Property Investment
Many analysts expect property investors in Greenwich to achieve returns higher than average property returns in London. This is because prices of properties in Greenwich should increase not only due to general trend of property appreciation in London, but also due to forthcoming creation of major employment centres in Greenwich and nearby Stratford as well as expected twofold growth in employment in nearby Canary Wharf (the London's major business and financial centre).
